MILDRED MCNIER

ANNA, Ill. -- Mildred McNier, 76, of Anna, died Thursday, April 2, 1992, at her home.

She was born Oct. 28, 1915, at Anna, daughter of Daniel and Annie Campbell Batson. She married Frank McNier Aug. 12, 1948.

McNier was a retired ticket agent with Illinois Central Railroad, and member of Anna United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband; a sister, Gladys Hudgens of Anna, and a brother, Vaughn Batson of Tamaroa.

She was preceded in death by four sisters.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Crain Funeral Chapel here. The Rev. Jack Wolfe will officiate, with burial in Anna Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. today, and until service time Saturday.
