The funeral for Mildred E. Lohmann of Jackson will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson. The Rev. David Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. today.
Lohmann, 77, died Thursday, Oct. 10, 2002, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Feb. 5, 1925, at Tilsit, daughter of August and Amanda Nagel Maevers. She and Glenn E. Lohmann were married July 23, 1950, at Jackson.
Lohmann was a fitter 43 years at the former International Shoe Co. in Jackson, retiring in 1987. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, active in its Concordia Guild, was a former Sunday school teacher in the children's department, and was treasurer of Jackson Senior Citizens.
Survivors include her husband; two brothers, Lester Maevers of Jackson, Arlen Maevers of Sikeston, Mo.; and a sister, Jerlene Hutteger of Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
