Mildred B. Ford, 85, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, Aug. 3, 2007, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
She was born April 2, 1922, at Advance, Mo., daughter of Maple and Tracy Simmers Ramsey.
She and Paul O. Ford were married April 13, 1942, at Jackson.
She worked for the former Lowenbaum dress factory as a seamstress. She was a member of First General Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of Cape Girardeau; two daughters, Carolyn Stroder of Cape Girardeau and Loretta Jansen of Jackson; two sisters, Ruth James of Advance and Dorothy Bailey of Godfrey, Ill.; a brother, Harold Ramsey of Cape Girardeau; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home.
The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Sam Ramdial officiating.
Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
