MILDRED DICK

BENTON -- Mildred Dick, 72, of rural Benton and formerly of East Prairie died Thursday, Jan. 9, 1997, at her daughter's home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born June 21, 1914, at East Prairie to Hollie and Ethel Mayberry. She was reared by the late Susie Aycock.

On July 7, 1934, she married Raymond Dick, who died Feb. 1, 1984.

She was a member of the Savannah Baptist Church, near Blodgett.

Survivors include one son, Ava Dick of St. Louis; one daughter, Fread Jean Whiteside of Cape Girardeau; four grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

Funeral arrangements were incomplete at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.
