Mildred Boring, 84, of Navasota, Texas, died Monday, April 23, 2007, at her home. She was born Feb. 1, 1923, in Weimer, Texas, daughter of the Rev. Paul and Elsie Dahse Piepenbrok. She and Charles Boring were married April 20, 1947, in Navasota. Boring spend her school years in Jackson. Mildred Boring, 84, of Navasota, Texas, died Monday, April 23, 2007, at her home.

She was born Feb. 1, 1923, in Weimer, Texas, daughter of the Rev. Paul and Elsie Dahse Piepenbrok. She and Charles Boring were married April 20, 1947, in Navasota.

Boring spend her school years in Jackson. She worked in the banking business in Navasota, and was a member of Friedens United Church of Christ in Old Washington, Texas.

Survivors include two daughters, Charlotte McLain of Weatherford, Texas, Nancy Taylor of West Columbia, Texas; James, Martin and Dennis Boring of Navasota; 14 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, three brothers and a grandson.

A memorial service was held April 25 at Friedens Church. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery in Navasota.
