Mildred E. Allison, 85, of Pekin, Ill., died Friday, Aug. 15, 2003, at Pekin Manor.
She was born Feb. 28,1918, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Abner D. and Rosa Milfelt Parker. She and Hugh L. Allison were married in Springfield. He died Jan. 29, 1987.
Allison was formerly of Cape Girardeau and Springfield, Ill. She was a member of Church of the Little Flower in Springfield.
Survivors include a son, Raymond Allison of Pekin; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home in Springfield from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday. A prayer service will be held at 5.
Funeral Mass will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Church of the Little Flower, with the Rev. Bill Carpenter officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
