PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Michael Keith Martin, 60, of Perryville died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2019, at his home.
He was born Oct. 11, 1958, in Frohna, Missouri, son of Imogene Martin Rainwater Blechle and stepfather Paul Blechle, both of Perryville.
Mike was a maintenance technician for Lafarge Holcim. He was a member of Brazeau Presbyterian Church, Perry County Sportsman Club, AMVETS, V.F.W., and was a U.S. Marine.
Survivors include one daughter and one son, Angela Martin of Perryville and Matthew Martin of Potosi, Missouri; one sister, Rhonda (Dennis) Haskins of Springfield, Missouri; three stepbrothers, David (Donna) Blechle, Dale (Kim) Blechle and Dean (Connie) Blechle, all of Perryville; two stepsisters, Donna Abell and Darla Blechle, both of Perryville; and one grandson, Mason Naeger of Perryville.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Sheila Favier, and one stepbrother-in-law, Mark Abell.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 6:30 until time of service at 10 a.m. Friday at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville, with the Rev. Bruce Owens officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, with military honors provided by the U.S. Marine Corp.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Perry County Sportsman Club's Special Projects Fund.
