Michael Geroid Lix, 59, of Cape Girardeau passed away Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018, of natural causes.
Mike was an Air Force veteran, avid hunter, crappie fisherman, and loved to watch movies.
Mike was born Feb. 13, 1959, in Chaffee, Missouri, the son of Geroid and Ella Goetz Lix. He and Debbie Eldridge were united in marriage June 2, 1995, in Cape Girardeau.
He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Lix; a son, Ryan B. Rhodes of Jackson; his father, Geroid Lix of Jackson; a brother, Chris (Kim) Lix of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Kathy Lix (Alan) Jones of Green Bay, Wisconsin, and Dana Lix (Pat) Norris of Marion, Illinois; five grandchildren, Tristan, Cameron, Abby, Lainey and Joshua; and several nephews and a niece.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ella Marie Lix, and niece, Danielle Jones.
Per Mike's wishes, there will be no services.
