Merle Lipari

Merle Lipari, 80, of Oak Ridge died Sunday, May 25, 2008, at her home. She was born April 4, 1928, at Kansas City, Mo., daughter of Harry and Olga Mitchell. She married Sam Lipari. He died in 1988. Survivors include a son, Anthony Lipari of Overland Park, Kan.; five daughters, Victoria Slinkard, Pauline Slinkard and Gene Littleton, all of Oak Ridge, Sandra Keilberg of Stockton, Mo., and Joan Luken of Moran, Kan.; and a stepdaughter, Cheryl Smith of Cape Girardeau...

Survivors include a son, Anthony Lipari of Overland Park, Kan.; five daughters, Victoria Slinkard, Pauline Slinkard and Gene Littleton, all of Oak Ridge, Sandra Keilberg of Stockton, Mo., and Joan Luken of Moran, Kan.; and a stepdaughter, Cheryl Smith of Cape Girardeau.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. today at First Baptist Church of Oak Ridge. The Rev. Jon Sedgwick will officiate.

McCombs Funeral Home of Jackson and Passantino Brothers Funeral Home in Kansas City, are in charge of the arrangements.
