BLOOMFIELD -- Maxine Williamson, 70, of Bloomfield, died Friday, July 26, 1996, at Dexter Memorial Hospital in Dexter.
She was born Jan. 13, 1926, at Chaffee, son of Clyde and Carrie Cleveland Stephens. She and Rex Williamson were married July 9, 1946. He preceded her in death.
Williamson was a 1944 graduate of Bloomfield High School. She attended Trinity United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a son, Dennis Williamson of Blue Springs; two sisters, Leah Emison of Fort Myers, Fla., Helen Ginther of Indian Lake Estates, Fla.; a special friend, Gorty Aslin of Bloomfield, and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son and two sisters.
Friends may call at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Hank Foster officiating. Burial will be in Bloomfield Cemetery.
