JACKSON -- Maxine Isabell Kintner, 70, of Jackson died Saturday, Feb. 26, 1994, at Cape LaCroix Manor in Cape Girardeau.
She was born April 8, 1923, at Topeka, Kan., the daughter of Fred Byron and Ruth Tyler Campbell. On Nov. 7, 1946, she married Melvin Kintner at Topeka. He survives of the home.
She lived in Topeka most of her life, but moved to Jackson in 1982 from Harrison, Ark. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Cape Girardeau.
Other survivors include two sons, Robert A. Kintner of Jackson and Mark A. Kintner of Tucson, Ariz.; three daughters, Sandra L. DeForge of Williamson, N.Y., Patricia G. Smith of Wakarusa, Kan., and Judith Nenninger of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Glen Campbell of Gulf Shores, Ala.; a sister, Marian McNeil of Owasso, Okla.; and 12 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Monday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Brant Hazlett and the Rev. Patricia Williams will officiate.
