MATTIE WARREN

LILBOURN -- Mattie "Nude" Warren, 72, of Lilbourn died Thursday, Dec. 10, 1998, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born April 11, 1926, at Shaw, Miss., daughter of Hamp and Elizabeth Hoy Green.

She had lived in Missouri since 1965.

She was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church in Lilbourn.

Survivors include a brother, Archie Winforn of Lilbourn, and a special friend, Howard Gates of New Madrid.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at the Mount Olive Baptist Church in Lilbourn from noon to 2 on Wednesday.

Funeral will be at the church at 2 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Garfrey Wilson will officiate, with burial in the Evergreen Cemetery in New Madrid.

The Williams-Farr and Purnell Funeral Home of Howardville is in charge of the arrangements.
