SCOPUS, Mo. -- Matthew Willmirth, 24, of Scopus passed away Sunday, Sept. 4, 2011.
He was born June 13, 1987, son of Daniel Edward and Connie Lee Belew Willmirth.
Matthew was a graphics design artist.
Survivors include his parents, Daniel and Connie of Scopus; a brother, Zach Willmirth of Marble Hill, Mo.; a sister, Noelle Stacy Thrower of Winder, Ga.; maternal grandmother, Glenda Belew of Summersville, Mo.; maternal great-grandmother, Mary Stark of Summersville; two nephews; two nieces; several aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel Douglas Willmirth; paternal grandparents; and maternal grandfather, Curtis Terrill.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Mount Zion Cemetery near Marble Hill, with the Revs. Ray Greenlee and Phillip Jordan officiating.
Visitation will follow from 1 to 4 p.m. Thursday at Mount Zion Church.
Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill is in charge of arrangements.
