Marylian Streiff

SIKESTON, Mo. -- Funeral for Marylian Moseley Streiff of Sikeston will be held at 11 a.m. today at Ponder Funeral Home. The Rev. Bob Medlock will officiate. Burial will be in Essex Cemetery at Essex, Mo.

Streiff, 75, died Wednesday, April 17, 2002, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born Oct. 9, 1926, at Portageville, Mo., daughter of Jessie and Josephine Detie. She and Gene Moseley were married Jan. 9, 1942. He preceded her in death. She later married Pete Streiff, who also preceded her in death.

Streiff was a dietary supervisor at Missouri Delta Medical Center, retiring in June 1988. She was a member of North Acres General Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sons, Bobby Moseley of Rockford, Ill., Michael and Donald Moseley of Sikeston; a daughter, Barbara Theohar of St. Louis; 13 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother.
