KARNAK, Ill. -- Mary Anne Goins Ulrich, 68, of Brewster, Wash., formerly of Karnak, died Friday, July 20, 2001, at Harmony House in Brewster.
Ulrich was born Nov. 2, 1932, at Karnak. She and her husband, the late Greg "Bob" Ulrich, owned and operated the Ulrich Apple Orchard on Brewster Flats and in Malott until their retirement. Ulrich also owned a "hang-up" dress shop.
She had kept her membership in the Karnak United Methodist Church and was active in Campfire Association. She also was a member of the Rebecca's, of the Christian Women and a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Ulrich was survived by a daughter, Kim Testfall of Washington state; two brothers, Eurnie Goins of Belknap, Ill., and William Goins of Vienna, Ill.; a sister, Pat Crane of Cadiz, Ky.; three grandchildren; and a goddaughter.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, with the funeral to begin at 1 p.m. at the Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak. The Rev. Ken Sharp will officiate. Internment will be in St. Catherine Cemetery in Grand Chain, Ill.
