DUDLEY -- Mary Parks, 81, of Dudley died Friday, July 11, 1997, at the Dexter Nursing Center in Dexter.
She was born Nov. 22, 1915, at Bernie, the daughter of Emma Smothers.
She lived in Michigan for many years before moving to Dudley. She was a licensed practical nurse for Pontiac (Mich.) General Hospital for 25 years. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Dexter.
On Nov. 11, 1932, at Dudley, she married Clarence Parks.
Survivors include her husband of Dudley; a son, Floyd Allen Parks of Pontiac, Mich.; two daughters, Vickie Lynn and Janis Trader of Pontiac; and nine grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter from 5-8 p.m. Monday.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Watkins & Sons Chapel. Carl Warren of Kennett will officiate, with burial in the Chalk Bluff Cemetery near Dexter.
