Sedgewickville, Mo. -- Mary Helen Morgan, 83, resting in his care, died Friday, May 16, 2014, at the Jackson Manor.
She was born Nov. 28, 1930, in Caruthersville, Missouri, daughter of Lawrence August and Mary Drumond Leist. She and William Jennings Morgan were united in marriage Jan. 20, 1950, at Piggott, Arkansas.
Mary was a homemaker in every sense of the word, dearly loved mother, grandmother and wife.
Survivors include sons Lawrence Morgan of Sedgewickville, Rondal Morgan of Lancaster, New York, Russell Morgan of Concho, Arizona, Roger Morgan of Mancos, Colorado, and Robert Morgan of Durango, Colorado; daughter Regina Tucker of Jackson; sister Letha Sexton of Benton, Missouri; 19 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, Missouri.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Burial will follow in the Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
