MARY LOU SMITH

Mary Lou Smith, 65, of Festus and formerly of Cape Girardeau died Monday, Dec. 23, 1991, at St. Luke's West Medical Center in Chesterfield.

She was born Nov. 11, 1926, in Cape Girardeau, the daughter of the late Chester Templeton and Lorene Popst Templeton, who survives of Cape Girardeau.

Other survivors include her husband, William J. Smith of Festus; a son, James E. Smith of French Village; a daughter, Joan L. Smith of Festus; and a sister, Joan Campbell of Cape Girardeau.

Visitation was held Thursday at the Vineyard Funeral Home in Festus, where funeral service will be at 10 a.m. today. The Rev. Patrick Christopher will officiate, and burial will be in Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in Crystal City.
