MARBLE HILL - Mary L. Estes, 47, of Marble Hill, died of an illness at the family home Sunday, Oct. 27, 1991.
Estes was born at Zalma July 10, 1944 to the late Bill Lawson and Bertha Loughery Hardesty, who survives, of Sturdivant. She was a housewife who lived in the Marble Hill area her entire life.
In January 1971 she married Oren Estes of Marble Hill. He survives.
Surviving as well is a step-father, John Hardesty; a son, John Estes of Marble Hill; and a brother, Gene Lawson of Indiana.
Visitation will be held today after 6 p.m. at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill. Funeral service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. The Revs. Clinton Massa and Ethel Myers will officiate.
Burial will be in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
