MARY J. STONECIPHER

BLOOMFIELD -- Graveside service for Mary Jane Stonecipher of Bloomfield will be held at 11 a.m. today at Pleasant Grove Cemetery near Bell City, with the Rev. Raymond Cates officiating.

Watkins and Sons Funeral Home at Dexter is in charge of arrangements.

Stonecipher, 98, died Sunday, Oct. 16, 1994, at Bloomfield Nursing Center.

She was born May 23, 1896, in Mt. Vernon, Ill., daughter of Albert L. and Bertha Moore Johnson. She and Charles Stonecipher were married June 12, 1913, at Mt. Vernon. He preceded her in death.

Stonecipher was a retired salesclerk, and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church here.

Survivors include a sister, Dora Congleton of Bloomfield.
