CHAFFEE, Mo. — Mary Alice Foulk, 70, of Chaffee passed away Thursday, May 4, 2017, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Jan. 18, 1947, in Benton, Missouri, to the late Claude and Rebecca Harp Slayton. She married Dean Lee Foulk on Feb. 15, 1965, and he survives of the home.
Mary was a retired seamstress for Thorngate LTD in Cape Girardeau. She was a member of Assembly of God Ministries (MAPS) and attended Christian Missions in Benton.
Survivors include her husband, Dean Foulk; three sons, Brian (Tara) Foulk of Jackson, Shawn (Mandy) Foulk of Chaffee and Dean Foulk of Herculaneum, Missouri; two daughters, Deena (Brett) White of Chaffee and Jennifer Dickerson of St. Louis; five sisters, Sue Osborn of Troy, Missouri, Peggy Copeland of Fulton, Kentucky, Judy Knox of Jackson, Caroline Graffius of Huntsville, West Virginia, and Claudia Slayton of Jackson; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren, with three more great-grandchildren on the way.
She also was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
