BLOOMFIELD, Mo. -- Graveside service for Mary Velma Crowell of Bloomfield will be held at 1 p.m. today at Bloomfield Cemetery. The Rev. Kevin Eskew will officiate.
Watkins and Sons Funeral Home at Dexter, Mo., is in charge of arrangements.
Crowell, 60, died Tuesday, May 15, 2001, at Beverly Healthcare Center.
She was born Aug. 11, 1940, in Stoddard County, Mo., daughter of Howard and Venita Marquis Burgess. She first married Robert Clinton in 1958 in DesPlaines, Ill. He preceded her in death. She and Ronnie Crowell were married in 1979 at Acorn Ridge, Mo. He also preceded her in death.
Crowell lived in the Chicago area several years, returning to Bloomfield in 1978. From 1989 until retiring because of ill health, she had worked at Three Brothers, T-Bones, and Bill's Cafe.
Survivors include a son, Robert Clinton of Hopkinsville, Ky.; two sisters, Janet Rushin and Barbara Blake of Bloomfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
