Mary Bock

Mary E. Bock, 96, of St. Marys, Mo., died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2001, at the Chateau Girardeau Health Center. She was born Jan. 25, 1905, in Dorrance, Kan., daughter of John and Elizabeth Harrington Casey. She and Lorrin Bock were married Jan. 12, 1937, in Ellinwood, Kan. He died Jan. 5, 1985...

Mary E. Bock, 96, of St. Marys, Mo., died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2001, at the Chateau Girardeau Health Center.

She was born Jan. 25, 1905, in Dorrance, Kan., daughter of John and Elizabeth Harrington Casey.

She and Lorrin Bock were married Jan. 12, 1937, in Ellinwood, Kan. He died Jan. 5, 1985.

Bock was a schoolteacher and lived most of her life in St. Louis and Houston, Texas.

Survivors include a daughter-in-law, Mary R. Bock of St. Marys; a grandson, Christopher Joseph Bock of St. Marys; and a granddaughter, Jennifer Marissa Bock of St. Charles, Ill.

There will be no visitation.

A memorial Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Vincent Church in Houston.

Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
