CHARLESTON -- Mary Ann Blagg, 81, of Paducah, Ky., formerly of Charleston, died Tuesday, May 4, 1993, at the Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, Ky.
She was born Sept 2, 1911, at Ballard County, daughter of William Douglas and Ella Gertrude Medlin Terrell.
She was married to Richard Blagg, Feb. 25, 1930. He died May 23, 1987.
Blagg lived in Charleston most of her life. She was a member of the Charleston Church of Christ. She moved to Paducah, Ky., in 1974, where she was a member of the Heath Church of Christ in West Paducah.
Survivors include a son, Donald Blagg of Benton; four daughters, Laverne Crews and Linda McGuffie, both of Paducah, Ky., Thelma Watson of Bellevue, Ohio, Eunice Williams of East Prairie; a brother, James H. Terrell of Wyatt, Mo.; three sisters, Ella Gertrude Skinner of Kevil, Ky., Martha E. Forrest of Clearwater, Mo., Ruth B. Milam of DeSota, Mo.; 19 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter, two brothers, a sister, a grandson and a great-grandson.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston, with James Sanders, Minister of the Central Church of Christ in Paducah, Ky., officiating.
Burial will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Charleston.
