BERTRAND -- Mary Ada Walker, 89, of Bertrand died Sunday, Aug. 27, 1995, at the Sikeston Convalescent Center.
She was born Sept. 19, 1906, at Sikeston, the daughter of James Edward and Julia Ann Skelton Goodman. In 1925 she married Everett D. Hall, who preceded her in death. She later married Charles Walker, who also preceded her in death.
Walker formerly worked for the Welch Baby Carriage Company in St. Louis and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Granite City, Ill.
Survivors include a son, Everett Hall of Doniphan; a brother, James Edward Goodman of Florissant; a sister, Jean McAllister of Clearwater, Fla.; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston, where funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Lee Fansler will officiate, and burial will be at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
