MARY A. PAUL

SIKESTON -- Mary Ann Paul, 85, of Sikeston, died Monday, Feb. 21, 1994, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born May 5, 1908, in Epworth, N.D., daughter of Thomas Earl and Effie Belle Moss Stoner. She and Russell Bryant Paul were married Sept. 27, 1941, in Hannibal. He died April 24, 1969.

She was a shoe finisher many years with International Shoe Co. in Hannibal and St. Louis. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and VFW Auxiliary, both in Troy.

Survivors include two brothers, I.B. Stoner of Overland, Lucien Stoner of Sikeston, and a sister, Martha Tanner of Sikeston.

She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.

Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ted Wimberly officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. at Lake Charles Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Louis.
