TAMMS -- Marty Kem Hornback, 39, of Route 2 Tamms, died suddenly Friday, April 15, 1994 at his home.

He was born July 4, 1954 in Sikeston, the son of Sidney and Virginia Lynch Hornback. He worked as a mechanic and was a graduate of Egyptian High School.

Survivors include: one son, Marty Kem Hornback, Jr. of Scott City; a special friend, Carla Sims of Tamms; five brothers, Jerry Hornback of Cobden, Gary Hornback of Mexico, Harry Hornback of Sikeston, Joe Hornback of Jackson, and Wayne Hornback of Centerville, Iowa; four sisters, Shirley Birk of Tamms, Patsy Poucher of Cobden, Betty Edwards of Hillsboro, Fla., and Rita Wright of Wappapello.

Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. today at the Crain Funeral Home in Tamms.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with Rev. Gene Hart officiating. Burial will follow in the Maynard Cemetery in Diehlstat.
