O'FALLON, Mo, -- Martha Leona Rasmussen, 86, of O'Fallon died Sunday, June 15, 2014, at her home. She was born Oct. 24, 1927, in Bell City, Missouri, to James Elonzo "Lon" and "Grace" Earl Loftin Bollinger. Martha had been an LPN at Normandy Osteopathic Hospital. O'FALLON, Mo, -- Martha Leona Rasmussen, 86, of O'Fallon died Sunday, June 15, 2014, at her home.

She was born Oct. 24, 1927, in Bell City, Missouri, to James Elonzo "Lon" and "Grace" Earl Loftin Bollinger.

Martha had been an LPN at Normandy Osteopathic Hospital. She moved from Fruitland to O'Fallon in 2005.

Survivors include a son, James Rasmussen of St. Peters, Missouri; a daughter, Martha Ann Ketterer of O'Fallon; five grandchildren, Erik Rasmussen, Paul Chandler, Kelly Rasmussen, Christopher Ketterer and Jaime Ketterer; a great-grandchild, Landon Rasmussen; and two great-stepgrandchildren, Mackenzie and Taylor Winter.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and two sisters.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Dennis Lowe officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Bell City.
