MARK S. ABERNATHY

ALTENBURG -- Mark S. Abernathy, 38, of Lebanon, formerly of Altenburg, died Saturday, Aug. 31, 1991, in Springfield.

He was born Oct. 19, 1952, at Perryville, son of Ewing and Gladys Moeslein Abernathy.

He was employed by Ft. Leonard Wood Housing Referral Service.

Survivors include a son, Jim Abernathy of Waynesville; his parents of Altenburg; three brothers, Mike Abernathy of Vancouver, Wash., Jon Abernathy of Frohna, Roger Abernathy of Altenburg, and a sister, Linda Gollahon of Rolla.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. today at Young and Sons East Perry Chapel here. The Rev. Willard Kassulke will officiate, with burial in York Chapel Cemetery at Longtown.
