Mark Anthony Cook, 47, of Junction City, Kan., died Wednesday, June 27, 2007, at his home.
He was born Oct. 25, 1959, in Independence, Mo., son of Clyde Joseph and Marilyn Byrl Jones Cook.
Cook was employed at Grocery Supply in Junction City. He was a member of American Legion Post 45.
He served in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include two daughters, Mai Ling Dalby and Maria Cook of Dallas; his father of Kelso, Mo.; four sisters, Teresa Skinner of Port Charlotte, Fla., Yvonne Burlbaugh and Denise Miller of Scott City, Becky Barton of Terre Du Lac, Mo.; a brother, Mike Cook of Oconomowoc, Wis.; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother and an infant sister.
Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel in Junction City was in charge of arrangements.
A private family service will be held Saturday at Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
Friends may call at St. Augustine School cafeteria from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
