MARJORIE R. HARDMAN

SIKESTON -- Marjorie Ruth Hardman, 70, of Sikeston, died Tuesday, Feb. 21, 1995, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born June 25, 1924, at Randles, daughter of Arthur F. and Lucy Jane Beck McFerron. She and Howard H. Hardman Jr. were married Feb. 21, 1946, in Paducah, Ky. He died Jan. 28, 1983.

She was a graduate of Central High School in Cape Girardeau, and had worked at Pind's Jewelry, Libson Shop, St. Charles Cosmetics, and Peggy's Fashions. She was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau, but attended Tanner Street Church of God in Sikeston.

Survivors include a daughter, Tamara Elledge of Sikeston; three brothers, T.J. McFerron of Cape Girardeau, Harold McFerron of Festus, William McFerron of LaPorte, Ind., and a grandson.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Carl Addison will officiate.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. to service time.
