MARILYN L. LAYTON

PERRYVILLE -- Marilyn L. Layton, 47, Perryville Route 4, died Sunday, Oct. 8, 1995, at South Panola Community Hospital in Batesville, Miss.

She was born May 2, 1948, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Loomis Dale and Virginia Lucille Smith Strong. She and Frances Dale Layton were married June 5, 1989, in Las Vegas, Nev.

Layton was a licensed beautician.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Angelia Randol of Jackson; two stepsons, Randy Layton of Bolingbrook, Ill., James Layton of Cape Girardeau; three stepdaughters, Debbie Moore of Cape Girardeau, Sue Brightwell of Columbia, Pat Busch of Perryville; a sister, Carolyn Boston of Coldwater; a grandson, and four stepgrandchildren.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel in Cape Girardeau from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel. Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery at Chaffee.
