Marilyn Kaufman

Marilyn K. Kaufman, 42, of Cape Girardeau, died Saturday, May 17, 2003 at her home.

She was born May 18, 1960, daughter of Floyd Coleson and Betty Smith Kitchen in Cape Girardeau. She and William E. Kaufman Jr., were married March 18, 1977 at McClure, Ill. He died January 1, 1985.

Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Betty and Rev. Bill Kitchen, of McClure, Ill.; a son, Justin Kaufman of Thebes, Ill.; a daughter, Amy Hale of McClure; two brothers, Michael Coleson of Mill Creek, Ill. and Wayne Coleson of McClure; and two sisters, Brenda Harvell of Wickliffe, Ky. and Gail Ryan of Metropolis, Ill.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Ford & Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Darrell E. Faire Sr. and the Rev. Bill Kitchen officiating. Burial will be in the Lindsey Cemetery in McClure.
