PERRYVILLE -- Marie A. Leible, 83, of Perryville died Thursday, Feb. 25, 1999, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
She was born April 30, 1915, at Apple Creek, daughter of Leo L. and Ida M. Winkler Meyer. She and Clarence W. Leible were married May 2, 1944. He died Dec. 17, 1977.
Leible had been a salesclerk at Rozier's Mercantile Co. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and its Ladies Sodality, and Knights of Columbus Auxiliary.
Survivors include four sisters, Gertrude Leible of Perryville, Cornelia Favier, Rosella Coffey and Marcella Bendel, all of St. Louis; two brothers, Robert Meyer of Perryville, and Eugene Meyer of St. Louis.
She was preceded in death by five brothers.
Friends may call at Miller Family Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m. today, and Saturday from 6:30-9:50 a.m. The parish wake with Ladies Sodality will be at 7 tonight. The rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Saturday.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Vincent's Church, with the Rev. Kevin P. Fausz officiating. Burial will be in St. Boniface Cemetery.
