JACKSON -- Marie Ann Beussink, 77, of Jackson, died Monday, Aug. 8, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born Oct. 23, 1916, in Leopold, daughter of John and Mary Landewee Beussink. Beussink had cared for the elderly in private homes for many years. JACKSON -- Marie Ann Beussink, 77, of Jackson, died Monday, Aug. 8, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Oct. 23, 1916, in Leopold, daughter of John and Mary Landewee Beussink.

Beussink had cared for the elderly in private homes for many years. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jackson, and Ladies Sodality of St. John's Parish in Leopold.

Survivors include a brother, Bernard J. Beussink of Leopold.

She was preceded in death by five brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill after 4 p.m. today. The rosary and parish prayers will be at 7:30.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. John's Church, with the Rev. Michael Casteel officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
