Margie I. Boren, 76, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Dec. 22, 1996, at the Lutheran Home. She was born April 11, 1920, in Missouri Valley, Iowa, to Robert F. and Jessie Christina Myers Hutton. On Nov. 10, 1950, she married Ivan L. Boren. He died May 2, 1995...

Margie I. Boren, 76, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Dec. 22, 1996, at the Lutheran Home.

She was born April 11, 1920, in Missouri Valley, Iowa, to Robert F. and Jessie Christina Myers Hutton. On Nov. 10, 1950, she married Ivan L. Boren. He died May 2, 1995.

Boren was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church and the Women of the E.L.C.A.

Survivors include a daughter, Cynthia Boren of St. Louis.

She was preceded in death by a sister.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Mark Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Fred Schmucker officiating.

Entombment will be in the Cape County Memorial Park Mausoleum.
