MARGERY KOENIG

FARRAR, Mo. -- Funeral for Margery Koenig of Upper Arlington, Ohio, formerly of Farrar, was held Nov. 7, 2000, at Zion Lutheran Church in Columbus, Ohio. The Rev. Christian Atwell officiated. Burial was in Dayton National Cemetery in Dayton, Ohio.

Schoedinger Northwest Chapel in Columbus was in charge of arrangements.

Koenig, 80, died Saturday, Nov. 4, 2000, at Riverside Methodist Hospital, following a brief illness.

She was the daughter of William R. and Elizabeth Briscoe of Liverpool, England. She married Hilmer E. Koenig.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Dorothy Fergus of Minnetonka, Minn., Margery Utt of Tipp City, Ohio; a sister, Dorothy Smith of Kircaldy Fife, Scotland; a brother, Samuel Briscoe of Liverpool, England; six grandchildren; and four great-granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by six brothers and sisters.
