SIKESTON, Mo. -- Margaret B. Ray, 86, of Sikeston died Monday, June 30, 2003, at Clearview Nursing Center.
She was born Nov. 11, 1916, at Crowder, Mo., daughter of James Walton and Clara Belle Baugher Beavers.
Ray had been a salesclerk at Clinton-Baugher Store. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.
Survivors include two brothers, Walton Beavers of Sikeston, John Beavers of St. Clair, Mo.; four sisters, Frances Kessler and Olive Cole of Sikeston, Stella Gosnell of Morehouse, Mo., Catherine Dover of Mound City, Ill.; and a granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by a son, a brother, and three sisters.
Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 5 to 8 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Ted Wimberley officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
