JACKSON -- Margaret M. Howard, of Jackson, died Friday, Sept. 17, 1993, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born April 9, 1916, at Lexington, N.C., daughter of Cyril McLean and Margaret L. Davis McLean. She married Joe Howard, May 16, 1951, at Oceola, Ark. He preceded her in death May 2, 1977...

JACKSON -- Margaret M. Howard, of Jackson, died Friday, Sept. 17, 1993, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born April 9, 1916, at Lexington, N.C., daughter of Cyril McLean and Margaret L. Davis McLean.

She married Joe Howard, May 16, 1951, at Oceola, Ark. He preceded her in death May 2, 1977.

She was a member of the Worldwide Church of God.

Survivors include a son, William Crawford, of Poplar Bluff; three daughters, Retta Miller and Kathy Scheper, both of Jackson, and Debbie Wilson, Salt Lake City, Utah; a brother, Carrowon Hall of North Carolina; a sister, Ruth Harrison, Jackson; 12 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and a grandson.

Service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at McCombs Funeral Home, with Carl Hoffman officiating. Interment will be in City Center at Jackson.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 9 p.m. today.
