Margaret E. Hagan, 69, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, Dec. 10, 2009, at Saint Francis Medical Center.
She was born Nov. 6, 1940, in Scott County, Mo., to Lemi and Gertrude McLain Gibbar.
She was a member of St. Mary Cathedral. She was a graduate of St. Denis School and Scott City High School.
Survivors include two sons, Larry Hagan (Tina) of Cape Girardeau and Bradley Hagan (Katrina) of Colorado Springs, Colo.; a daughter, Elizabeth Turnbow (Mike) of Jackson; four brothers, Leon Gibbar of Cape Girardeau, Ray Gibbar of Scott City, Kenny Gibbar of Jackson and Mike Gibbar of Commerce, Mo.; two sisters, Dolores Gibbar of Cape Girardeau and Mary Swan of Cape Girardeau; seven grandchildren, Brandon, Cassie, Kami, Rachael, Emily, Kandis and Jordan; and a great-grandchild, Rileigh.
She was preceded in death by her parents, seven brothers and a sister.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary Cathedral in Cape Girardeau with the Rev. Tom Kiefer officiating.
Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
