PERRYVILLE -- Margaret Ann Madalon of Patton, 52, died Friday, April 30, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Sept. 19, 1940, in Sikeston, daughter of Forest and Myrtle Boyd Parks.
She was married to Kent P. Madalon on June 18, 1960. He survives.
Survivors include her mother, Myrtle Boyd Parks Patterson; a grandmother, Pauline Sambrookes, of Cape Girardeau; a son, Kent Madalon Jr. of Cape Girardeau; three daughters, Dana Barry of Cape Girardeau, Cindy Brotherton of Jackson, Elizabeth Klein of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Richard "Joe" Parks of Cape Girardeau; and three grandchildren.
She was chef and cook at the Meadow Heights School in Patton. She was a member of St. Vincent's de Paul Church in Perryville, and was a member of the Cursillo Club of the church.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Chapel in Perryville from 4 to 9 p.m. today, and from 6:30 to 9:45 a.m. Monday. A Parish wake service will be held at the funeral home at 7 p.m. today.
Service will be held at St. Vincent's de Paul Church in Perryville at 10 a.m. Sunday, with the Rev. Al Hoernig officiating. Burial will be Mt. Hope Cemetery.
