Margaret Aldridge

COBDEN, Ill. -- Margaret Elizabeth Aldridge, 87, of Decatur, Ill., formerly of Cobden and Anna, Ill., died Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2007, at Fairhaven Christian Home in Decatur.

She was born Sept. 7, 1919, in Cobden, daughter of Thomas and Nellie Hankla Aldridge.

Aldridge was employed at Florsheim Shoe Co. 37 years. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church near Cobden.

Survivors include a sister-in-law, Juanita Aldridge of Decatur.

She was preceded in death by a brother. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to service time Thursday at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Cobden.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Clifford Heil officiating. Burial will be in Cobden Cemetery.
