CHARLESTON -- Marcus Jamal Jackson, 10, of Paducah, Ky., died Saturday, March 14, 1992, in Paducah.

He was born May 26, 1981, at Charleston, son of Mattie B. Jackson.

Jackson was a fourth grade student at Clark Elementary School in Paducah. Prior to moving there he attended Hearnes Elementary School and Mercy Seat Baptist Church here.

Survivors include his mother; eight brothers, Quentin, Kendrick, Joe and Kidd Jackson of Paducah, Robert Jackson of Carbondale, Ill., Roy Jackson of California, Ray Jackson of Charleston, Oliver Jackson of East St. Louis, Ill.; three sisters, Fay Allen of Paducah, Betty Jackson of Charleston, and Anne Hayes of East St. Louis.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Mercy Seat Church. The Rev. J.L. Posey will officiate, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Friends may call at the church from 11 a.m. to noon Friday.

Sparks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
