PERRYVILLE -- Magdaline M. Zahner, 86, of Perryville, died Monday, Dec. 14, 1992, at American Care Center. She was born March 24, 1906, in Perry County, daughter of Victor and Bertha Moore Moore. She first married Rosati Moore June 4, 1924, who died Sept. 15, 1948. She later married Fred Zahner Aug. 21, 1951, who died Jan. 19, 1989...

PERRYVILLE -- Magdaline M. Zahner, 86, of Perryville, died Monday, Dec. 14, 1992, at American Care Center.

She was born March 24, 1906, in Perry County, daughter of Victor and Bertha Moore Moore. She first married Rosati Moore June 4, 1924, who died Sept. 15, 1948. She later married Fred Zahner Aug. 21, 1951, who died Jan. 19, 1989.

Zahner was a member of St. Vincent's Church and Daughters of Isabella.

Survivors include a son, Rosati Moore of Overland; two daughters, Ruth Ballsman and Rosalie Unterreiner of Perryville; a brother, Raymond Moore of Perryville; three sisters, Alma Valleroy and Zelma Miles of St. Louis, Mae Buchheit of Perryville; 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.

Funeral mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Vincent's Church. The Rev. Edward Wilson will officiate, with burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home after 4 p.m. today. The parish wake service is at 7.
