BELL CITY, Mo. -- Mabel Lee Murray, 68, of Bell City passed away Sunday, April 29, 2018, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born Nov. 28, 1949, in East Prairie, Missouri, to the late Edith Connolly and Martin Ward. Mabel's significant other, Junior Murray, survives of the home.
Mabel was a homemaker in her own home. She was a member of Perkins Baptist Church in Perkins, Missouri. She loved to tell jokes and enjoyed all kinds of music. She most of all loved being with her family and her church.
She is survived by a son, William (Brittany) Murray; three daughters, Melissa (Gary) Wheeler, Kim (Denny) Sauceda and Cindy Murray; stepchildren, Seprena (Ed) Thompsett and Lisa (Windy) Bolin; wife-in-law, Lorene Murray and her children, Michael (Claudia) Seabaugh, Daniel (Amanda) Murray and Mickey Murray; 13 grandchildren, Damaris Mills, Joseph Sauceda, Ariel Sauceda, Cadence Murray, Harmony Murray, Zoie Murray, Sadie Murray, Fisher Murray, Kinnley Doles, Cody Clayton, Andrew Clayton, Roy Johnson and Marybeth Bolin; and seven great-grandchildren, and one on the way.
Friends may call from 1 p.m. until time of service Thursday at Perkins Baptist Church in Perkins.
Funeral service will be at 5 p.m. Thursday at the church, with the Rev. Danny Harp officiating. Burial will be at Perkins Cemetery in Perkins.
