MABEL DANIELS

Funeral service for Mabel S. Daniels, 3631 Hopper Road, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park.

Friends may call at the chapel from 4-8 p.m. today.

Daniels, 70, died Sunday, Sept. 21, 1997, at Heartland Care Rehab Center.

She was born Dec. 7, 1926, in Advance, daughter of Robert and Mattie Dotson Starnes. She and Clifford L. Daniels were married in 1949 in Cape Girardeau. He died in 1978.

Daniels had been a child care provider.

Survivors include a daughter, Mary Daniels of Rockford, Mich.; her mother, Mattie Dixon of Cape Girardeau; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son and a daughter.
