LYNDOLA HURST

PERRYVILLE -- Lyndola Berkbuegler Hurst, 74, of Rolla, died Sunday, July 18, 1993, at Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla. She was born June 21, 1919, in Perry County, daughter of Edward J. and Viola Mattingly Smith. She first married Moritz Berkbuegler Feb. 3, 1938. He died Aug. 2, 1959. She later married Floyd Hurst Oct. 30, 1971, at Perryville. He died May 20, 1978...

PERRYVILLE -- Lyndola Berkbuegler Hurst, 74, of Rolla, died Sunday, July 18, 1993, at Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla.

She was born June 21, 1919, in Perry County, daughter of Edward J. and Viola Mattingly Smith. She first married Moritz Berkbuegler Feb. 3, 1938. He died Aug. 2, 1959. She later married Floyd Hurst Oct. 30, 1971, at Perryville. He died May 20, 1978.

Hurst owned Ste. Genevieve Nursing Home five years.

Survivors include a son, Roger Berkbuegler of Rolla; a brother, William Smith of Perryville; a sister, Naomi Pecaut of New Haven, and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister and brother.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Vincent's Catholic Church. The Rev. Kenneth Grass will officiate, with burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Friends may call at Miller Family Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. today, and from 6:30-9:40 a.m. Wednesday.
