Marble Hill -- Lyman "Bill" and Vallie O. Robins died Sunday, Oct. 23, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
Mr. Robins, 85, was born to Columbus and Alice Huffman Robins June 23, 1909, in Lutesville.
Mrs. Robins, 80, was born to Frank and Emma Patton Fulbright Oct. 17, 1914, in Lutesville.
Mr. and Mrs. Robins were married Oct. 11, 1936.
Mr. Robins was retired from Lutesville Pallet Co., and Mrs. Robins was a housewife. They were members of New Salem Baptist Church near Marble Hill.
They are survived by five sons, Gene Robins of Atlanta, Bobby Robins of Milwaukee, Larry Robins of Collierville, Tenn., Donnie Robins of Jackson and Kenny Robins of Marble Hill; a daughter, Linda Brindley of Oran; 17 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Robins also is survived by two sisters, Belva Cheek of Marble Hill and Norma Campbell of Cape Girardeau.
He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
Mrs. Robins also is survived by two brothers, Charles Fulbright of Marquand and Shelton Fulton of Washington State and two sisters, Lillie Fulton of Patton and Mae Upchurch of St. Louis.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill Monday after 5 p.m. and Tuesday from 8 to 10 a.m.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at the New Salem Baptist Church near Marble Hill with the Revs. Randy Poole and Charley Shrum officiating. Burial will follow at the Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
