TAMMS, Ill. -- Lula Levil, 82, of Tamms, died Jan. 18, 1996, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Sept. 23, 1913, in Alexander County, to Scott and Florence Edwards Miller. She married Alfred Levil on May 17, 1929, and he preceded her in death on Jan. 18, 1986.
Levil was a member of the Alexander Freewill Baptist Church near Olive Branch.
Survivors include two daughters, Margaret Hulen of Tamms and Bernice Clutts of Thebes; one brother, James Miller of Tamms; three sisters, Etta Lincoln and Josephine Williams of Tamms and Maebell Youngblood of Cape Girardeau; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms.
The funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. at the Crain Funeral Home with the Rev. Billy Don Heady officiating. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery.
