CHARLESTON -- Funeral service for Mrs. Lucinda Crenshaw Harris of Wilson City will be held at noon Saturday at Holly Grove Baptist Church in Wyatt. The Rev. Belafae Johnson will officiate, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call at Sparks Funral Home from 5-8 p.m. today.
Mrs. Harris, 84 years old, died Monday, Feb. 25, 1991, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
She was born Sept. 24, 1906, in Renalara, Miss., daughter of Robert and Alaice Greyer. She first married W.T. Crenshaw, who died June 24, 1959. She later married Stanley Harris, who died Jan. 27, 1981.
Mrs. Harris moved to Wyatt in 1923. She was a member of Holly Grove Church and served on the Mother's Board.
She is survived by a son, Robert Crenshaw of Romulus, Mich.; five daughters, Nona Stewart ofAnn Arbor, Mich., Florence Brown of Wilson City, Rosetta Williams of Inkster, Mich., Reatha Johnson of St. Louis, Leatha Hale of Gary, Ind.; a sister, Rose Martin of Charleston.
Also surviving are three stepdaughters, Arnette Cole of Chicago, Willie McIntosh and Betty Baker of East St. Louis; four stepsons, Stanley Harris Jr. of Dowagic, MIch., thomas, Archie and Robert Harris of Chicago; 29 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, a daughter, two brothers and a sister.
